Ingredients to make lemon soup:
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice strained
- 1/3 Stick Butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
- 1 1/2 Liter Chicken Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make lemon soup:
- Heat the butter over low heat.
- Add parsley and cook.
- Add coriander and garlic, sauté.
- Add the broth, juice and lemon zest.
- Move after each addition.
- Let cool and salt and pepper.
- Serve with parsley and lemon peel strips.
