Lemon salmon recipe

Ingredients to make Lemon Salmon:

  • 5 salmon fillets
  • 6 units of Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Lemon Salmon:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the lemon juice with a little mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and cook each of the fillets. Let the fish brown slightly on one side.
  4. Turn the salmon fillet over and add the marinade juice to finish cooking. Once the juice has reduced, turn off the heat.
  5. Serve the lemon salmon garnished with pine nuts and a slice of lemon. This salmon dish goes perfectly with basmati rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
