Lemon Cilantro Butter Recipe

Flavored butters are a widely used preparation in world cuisine, as they are used to flavor vegetables, meat or fish. Today we make a coriander and lemon butter, ideal to enhance the flavor of white fish or chicken. In addition, you can always have it in the fridge and enjoy it with toasted bread or whatever you want.

Ingredients to make Lemon Cilantro Butter:

  • 125 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon unit
  • 10 grams of Coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Lemon Cilantro Butter:

1.Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.Cut the coriander leaves finely and reserve.

3.In a bowl mix the softened butter, lemon juice, finely chopped coriander, salt and pepper.

4.On a surface, spread a bit of plastic wrap and place the flavored butter, wrap until you get a cylinder, take it to the fridge for 10 minutes until it lasts.

5.Once it has solidified slightly, it will be ready and it is time to portion and use.
