- 1 Banana
- 1 lemon
- ½ package of sweet cookies
- 50 grams of butter
- 80 milliliters of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
How to make Lemon Carlota with Banana:
- We ready the ingredients of the lemon carlota with banana.
- We crush the bananas in a food processor, such as a blender or an electric hand mixer. And if you don’t have any of this, you can always use some manual rods or a mortar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients: cornstarch, condensed milk and lemon juice. We beat everything until we obtain this light cream that we show in the photograph and it will be the great protagonist of the lemon and banana carlota.
- We also crush the cookies and make a paste with the melted butter. We assemble the first layers of the carlota: biscuit, cream, biscuit…, until we like it.
