Ingredients to make Lemon and Mint Cocktail:

  1. 4 medium lemons
  2. 1 bunch of fresh mint
  3. 8 cups of cold water
  4. 3 cups of brown sugar (540 grams)
  5. 16 ounces of Vodka
  6. 2 cups of ice
  7. At your service
  8. Ice
  9. Mint leaves
  10. Lemon slices

How to make Lemon Mint Cocktail:

  • The first thing to do to start the cocktail recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  • Bring the vodka, sugar and ice to the blender. Blend the ingredients well until you get a frappe -like mixture. Add the lemons cut into hulls and blend again. Pass this mixture through the strainer to remove the lemon hulls. You should know that after preparing this cocktail you should consume it within a maximum period of two hours to prevent it from becoming bitter.
  • Trick: You can replace the brown sugar with honey.
  • In the glasses where you are going to serve the lemon and vodka cocktail, you should do the following: add a little lemon juice to the bottom and frost the edge with brown sugar. This step is very simple, you just have to wet the edge with lemon juice, pass it through a plate with brown sugar and that’s it!
  • Serve the lemon mint cocktail by adding whole or finely chopped mint leaves. Ideally, our cocktail with vodka should be a frappe type, because with the summer it is ideal to consume it this way. Garnish the glasses with some additional ice and lemon wedges, as shown in the photograph.
