Lékué chicken skewer recipe

Ingredients to make Lékué Chicken Skewers:

• 1 unit of chicken breast

• ½ unit of red pepper

• ½ unit of Eggplant

• 1 unit of Onion

• 2 units of ripe tomatoes

• 1 pinch of sweet paprika

• 1 pinch of black pepper

• 3 units of Clove

• 1 pinch of ground laurel

• 1 pinch of Curry

• 1 splash of white wine

• 1 pinch of cornstarch

How to make Lékué Chicken Skewers:

We prepare the ingredients. Cut the vegetables and the breast into large cubes. We insert it into the skewer sticks starting with a piece of vegetable and then chicken until the entire skewer is completed. We put the skewers on the lékué, and dress them with all the spices. Sprinkle with the wine and the broth that will remain under the lékué tray. We put the spices so that the chicken has more flavor. We close the lékué and put it in the microwave at maximum power for four minutes. Remove the lékué after four minutes, remove the skewers from the lékué and put the sauce that remains under the tray in a saucepan.

We thicken with a little water and cornstarch. Once the sauce is thick, we sprinkle it over the skewers. And we serve our lékué brochettes piping hot.
