Leek Broth Recipe

Ingredients to make Leek Broth:

  • For 4 people:
  • 500 grams of leeks.
  • Half a kilo of carrots.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 300 grams of potatoes.
  • 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
  • Black pepper.

How to make Leek Broth:

  1. We thoroughly clean the leeks so that they do not have any soil.
  2. We cut the leeks into small pieces, like the carrot and the potatoes that we will chop by cracking them, so the broth will come out thicker.
  3. In a pan with oil, fry the garlic, then add the leeks, carrots and potatoes and fry well.
  4. Then cover with water and leave on a low heat for about 40 minutes.
  5. Then we season with salt and pepper.
  6. Once cooking is complete, blend with a blender and strain through a sieve.
  7. It should be hot.
  8. We have a tasty leek broth.
