Ingredients to make Leek Broth:
- For 4 people:
- 500 grams of leeks.
- Half a kilo of carrots.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 300 grams of potatoes.
- 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
- Black pepper.
How to make Leek Broth:
- We thoroughly clean the leeks so that they do not have any soil.
- We cut the leeks into small pieces, like the carrot and the potatoes that we will chop by cracking them, so the broth will come out thicker.
- In a pan with oil, fry the garlic, then add the leeks, carrots and potatoes and fry well.
- Then cover with water and leave on a low heat for about 40 minutes.
- Then we season with salt and pepper.
- Once cooking is complete, blend with a blender and strain through a sieve.
- It should be hot.
