  • 500 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 grams of lard
  • 75 grams of butter (⅓ cup)
  • 25 milliliters of anise

How to make Ledesma Donuts:

  1. To start with the Lesdema donut recipe, first add the eggs and sugar to a bowl, mix with a whisk.
  2. Add the anise, milk, butter and melted butter. Before adding this last ingredient, you must put it in the microwave for a few seconds.
  3. Add the flour little by little and mix with a wooden spoon.
