Ingredients to make lean pork with rice:
- 1 kilo lean pork in pieces to cook
- 2 glasses of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 glass of wine
- 2 tablets of abecrem (white chicken)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil
How to make lean pork with rice:
- The pressure cooker with the bottom covered in oil (olive).
- The lean pork is fried when it is already whitish, the onion and carrot are cooked and the white wine is cooked. When the alcohol evaporates, the water is made until it covers or a little more with the two tablets of abecrem.
- Close the pot for 15 minutes. Once the 15 minutes have passed, open the pot and remove the lean pork and beat everything else with the blender. Once beaten, try salt and season to taste, the stew is ready.
- On the other hand, white rice is made. We put 2 glasses of rice and 2 glasses of water in a saucepan, season a little with a drizzle of olive oil, a clove of garlic and a bay leaf.
- We wait for it to start to boil and lower the heat to a minimum, covering the rice. We wait for it to swell and consume all the water. Do not open it and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- In each dish an island of rice is mixed and around it is put the lean pork with its sauce.
