Lasopy recipe (vegetable soup)

Ingredients to make Lasopy (vegetable soup):

  • a kilo and a half of beef bones
  • Water
  • Salt
  • carrots
  • turnips
  • leeks
  • string beans
  • Tomatoes
  • Black pepper

How to make Lasopy (vegetable soup):

  1. LASOPY It is a truly delicious soup, with vitamins and minerals.
  2. Any combination with fresh vegetables and beef bones is great, but no grain. (Rice, potato, lentils, etc.)
  3. Simmer put 3 pounds of beef bones in 2 liters of water, 2 tablespoons of salt, cook for 1 hour and cover.
  4. Add 3 carrots, peeled and cut into three pieces each, 1 medium turnip, peeled and cut into chunks, 6 to 8 leeks, cut lengthwise, 1 cup fresh green beans, 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Cook over low heat for an hour or until the vegetables are soft.
  6. Remove the bones and store the broth in another container to use it with the rice, for example, or however you want to use it.
  7. Make a puree with the vegetables.
  8. Serve with the crackers.
  9. Some of the preparations will take your waiting time so it is advisable to prepare it in advance.
