How to make Lasagna Skewers:
Pour the oil into the saucepan and then the butter. Add the onion and, before browning, the meat. Sauté and add the mushroom. Add half of the béchamel, already prepared, and the pasta, already cooked.
Give it a few turns and pour into the already prepared mold. Top with the remaining pasta and béchamel sauce and the grated cheese. Have 1/4 hour in the oven at 200º.
