Lasagna Roll Recipe

Ingredients to make Lasagna Roll:

  1. 8 lasagna sheets
  2. 1 red bell pepper
  3. 1 eggplant
  4. 50 grams of bacon
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. 450 grams of crushed tomato
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 50 grams of cream cheese
  9. 50 grams of grated various cheeses
  10. 1 pinch of oregano
  11. 1 pinch of salt
  12. 70 ml of oil

How to make Lasagna Roll:

  • Wash and chop the pepper, season and fry in a pan with oil.
  • Peel and slice the garlic cloves and add.
  • Peel and chop the aborigine and add, fry the whole thing.
  • When the aborigine is ready, add the bacon cut into small strips and sauté for a few more minutes.
  • Add the tomato and a pinch more salt and fry.
  • When it is almost ready, add the eggs and stir with a spoon so that everything is mixed well.
  • A few minutes before turning off the heat, sprinkle the sauce with a little oregano and add bits of cream cheese.
  • Put a saucepan with water, salt and a splash of oil on the fire and cook the pasta.
  • Refresh with cold water and drain.
  • Grease a crown-shaped mold and cover the bottom and sides with the pasta sheets so that they protrude from the mold
  • Fill with the sauce and cover with the part of the pasta that was sticking out.
  • Flip over another detachable mold.
  • Grate the cheeses and spread over the surface of the roll, sprinkle with oregano.
  • Put in the preheated oven at 200º Celsius, to gratin and melt the cheese.
