  • Hydrate the lasagna plates first so you can continue with the rest of the steps. Check the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Chop the onion together with the garlic and the bell pepper so that it is as fine as possible. You can use a shredder or chop by hand.
  • Prepare a deep frying pan or casserole with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the ingredients that you had crushed or chopped, stir and keep them for 1 minute over medium heat so that they do not stick.
  • At this time, add the aromatic herbs and stir to mix together with the sauce. Cook for at least 2 more minutes, but lower the heat to a minimum. After that time, add the minced meat so that it cooks and the flavors integrate.
  • Let cook for 4 minutes and, when the meat has taken color, add the wine and mix. Let cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the tomato to fry for 5 more minutes and add a point of salt.
  • Once you have finished making the sauce that will accompany this delicious lasagna in a pan, set aside and reserve. Put the casserole back to heat with a few drops of olive oil and pour a few tablespoons of the minced meat sauce that you have reserved. Put a thin layer of sauce to prevent the pasta plates from sticking to the bottom of the casserole.
  • Place a couple of pasta sheets on the meat base and pour a drizzle of soy cream or cooking cream over them. In this way, go forming all the layers without overloading them too much.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of minced meat to each piece of lasagna and grated cheese on top. Put back a sheet of lasagna and, so on, the soy cream, the minced meat and the cheese. You will finish with the third layer of vegetable lasagna without an oven, sprinkle cheese on top, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Clever! You can serve your lasagna without an easy oven. If you accompany it with a good green salad it will be better, very juicy and everyone will love it. You no longer need an oven to enjoy good lasagna.
