Lasagna Recipe with Potatoes and Ground Meat

Ingredients to make Lasagna with potatoes and ground meat:

  1. 2½ pounds of Potato
  2. 1 pound ground beef
  3. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  4. 1 splash of olive oil
  5. 1 package of grated cheese (to taste)
  6. 3 units of Perita tomato
  7. 3 units of Paprika
  8. 1 unit of onion
  9. 1 can of tomato paste

How to make Potato and Ground Beef Lasagna:

  • To make the lasagna dough, the first thing you should do is boil the potatoes with a good amount of salt. When soft, peel and slice. Reserve in a bowl.
  • To make the meat, fry the bell peppers, tomatoes and onions until golden. Then add the ground beef and let it cook in its own juices.
  • Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato paste and mix well. Let it boil and have the desired consistency.
  • To assemble the potato and meat lasagna, distribute the preparations and the cheese in layers in a refractory baking dish. First, lay out the potato slices, pour the meat and decorate with cheese.
  • Repeat the operation until you run out of ingredients and end up with a thick layer of cheese. Take to the oven to gratin for a few minutes.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes and serve the potato and ground meat lasagna accompanied with a bit of Caesar salad.
