How to make Potato and Ground Beef Lasagna:
- To make the lasagna dough, the first thing you should do is boil the potatoes with a good amount of salt. When soft, peel and slice. Reserve in a bowl.
- To make the meat, fry the bell peppers, tomatoes and onions until golden. Then add the ground beef and let it cook in its own juices.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato paste and mix well. Let it boil and have the desired consistency.
