Ingredients to make Lasagna with banana:

- 2 pk mosarella cheese
- 2 pk parmesan cheese
- 2 pk chedar cheese
- 2 pk cream cheese
- 2 pk swiss cheese
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- Sofrito (garlic onion cilantro green pepper
- Culantro peppers morone celery
- Olive
- 1 lta sauce for spaghetti
- Oil to fry the bananas
How to make Lasagna with banana:
- Adobe the meat with salt and piemta, cook on a fuego med.
- For 15 to 2o minutes, then remove it from the fire and remove the excess water, put it on the fire and add the sofrito and part of the sauce and the olives, cook over slow fire for 15 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Then pour the meat into a processor so that the meat is uniform and there is no larger piece left than others.
- Peel the bananas and cut in 5 pieces each banana.
