Lamb Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Lamb Soup:

  • 1 kg of leg of lamb in small pieces
  • 1/2 liter
  • Water
  • 3 leeks in slices
  • 3 chopped carrots
  • 2 diced onions
  • 250 grams of pearl barley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Pepper

How to make Lamb Soup:

  1. Cut the meat into pieces removing the bones.
  2. Put in a large saucepan, add the water, vegetables and barley and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat, cover and leave to cook for an hour. During cooking remove the foam.
  4. Add the garlic, pepper and chopped parsley Stir and cook again uncovered for another hour Dress with Parsley
