Lamb Shoulder Ragut Recipe

  8. 5 kilos of lamb shoulder

  10. 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  11. 1 pinch of salt
  12. 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  13. 2 glasses of white wine
  14. 4 carrots

How to make Lamb Shoulder Ragut:

  • Season the lamb cut into pieces with salt and black pepper, sauté with the onion until it turns coloured, then add the sliced ​​carrots, the crushed garlic and saffron.
  • Continue sautéing a little more and water with the wine, cook for 5 minutes and add the water and the stock cube.
  • Let it boil until the meat is tender.
