Lamb Casserole Recipe

Ingredients to make Lamb Casserole:

  • 1 kilo of lamb meat
  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 cup of chopped green beans
  • 6 slices of corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped celery
  • 1 cup round leaf peas
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 roasted green chili
  • 6 peeled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coriander
  • Oregano

How to make Lamb Casserole:

  1. Boil the lamb in pieces with the water in a pot, when it is slightly cooked, add the listed ingredients, including the rice.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic, onion, oregano, coriander and form a dressing.
  3. Season once well cooked and add to the bread.
  4. Boil for more minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
