Lamb Casserole Recipe
Ingredients to make Lamb Casserole:
- 1 kilo of lamb meat
- 8 cups of water
- 1 cup of chopped green beans
- 6 slices of corn
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 bunch of chopped celery
- 1 cup round leaf peas
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 roasted green chili
- 6 peeled potatoes
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Coriander
- Oregano
How to make Lamb Casserole:

Boil the lamb in pieces with the water in a pot, when it is slightly cooked, add the listed ingredients, including the rice.

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic, onion, oregano, coriander and form a dressing.

Season once well cooked and add to the bread.
