Lamb broth recipe

Ingredients to make Lamb Broth:

  • 2 tablespoons of grain brown rice
  • 1 kilo of lamb meat
  • 1 onion
  • 5 tablespoons of skim milk powder
  • 150 grams of shelled sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of celery salt
  • 5 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 carrot

How to make Lamb Broth:

  1. Cook the lamb with the salt.
  2. Once cooked, assemble with the onion, the carrot, the rice with the sweet corn.
  3. Put the condiments in a large saucepan with a lid and bring to a boil until it comes to a boil.
  4. Allow to boil gently until cooked.
  5. Cool some thistle to mix the milk and Tabasco sauce.
  6. Add just before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
