Chinese kubak

As you have seen, and as happens in most dishes from this area, the main characteristic of ku bak with prawns is the abundance of flavor and vegetables. In addition, we want to explain that if you want to try other versions of this dish, you can use squid, chicken or beef instead of shrimp , since as we said at the beginning of the recipe, the idea is to use what we have available. You can also incorporate vegetables such as zucchini or cabbage, classic Chinese stir-fries.
