Ingredients to make Krabarroca Skewers:
- 1 kilo and 1/4 krabas
- 1/2 liter of cream
- 1/2 can of tomato prepared
- 4 beaten eggs
How to make Krabarroca Skewers:
The krabarroca is cooked and cleaned of skins and bones. Put all the shredded fish in a bowl, add the cream, tomato and beaten eggs. Mix everything well and place in the mold passed through butter and breadcrumbs, leaving to cool a little in the fridge. Everything is distributed in the mold and it is kept in the oven at 225 degrees, in a water bath for 1 hour.
