Koxkero Skewer Recipe

Ingredients to make Pincho Koxkero:

  • Prawns
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg

How to make Koxkero Skewer:

Peel the prawns and season with salt. Beat the egg to coat, adding a little chopped parsley. Put 2 or 3 prawns on a toothpick, pass through flour and egg and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
