Ingredients to make Kit Kat Cake:

  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 50 grams of softened unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs L
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream or heavy cream
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate for desserts
  • 50 grams of almond powder
  • 50 grams of common flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of chemical yeast powder or booster
  • 4 Kit Kat packages
  • For the filling:
  • 125 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 25 grams of softened unsalted butter
  • 100 grams of icing sugar
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate for desserts
  • 1 handful of chocolate drizzles

How to make Kit Kat Pie:

  1. To prepare the no-bake Kit Kat cake recipe, you must first make a rich interior, a delicious brownie-style Kit Kat
  2. To do this, put the softened butter in a bowl (if you don’t have it ready, you can give it a heat stroke to soften it), the brown sugar and the egg yolks that you must previously separate from the whites.
  3.  Beat well until everything is integrated.
  4. Chop the dark chocolate and melt little by little in the microwave so it doesn’t burn.
  5. Add to the mixture of yolks, sugar and butter together with the cream or milk cream to mount. Mix well.
  6. Add the ground almonds and mix again.
  7. Mix the flour together with the cocoa powder and the heaped teaspoon of chemical yeast or baking powder. Next, sift over the previous mass and mix well with a few rods.
  8. Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk together with a pinch of salt and mount them firmly
  9. Next, add them little by little to the cake batter with Kit Kat, this time with a spatula to stir well with enveloping movements.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a12-14 cm diameter mold with high walls well, pour the dough into it.
  11. You can use a removable mold.
  12.  Bake with heat up and down at 180 ºC for 30 minutes or, until when you pierce the center of the cake with a long toothpick, it comes out without any remains of dough.
  13. Let the cake cool for5 minutes and unmold on a wire rack until it cools completely.
  14. While the cake is cooling, prepare the filling. Next, beat the softened butter along with the cream cheese until smooth.
  15. Sift the icing sugar over the cheese and butter, mix well, leaving a creamy cream.
  16. Chop the chocolate and melt little by little in the microwave. Then, remove from the microwave and stir with a spoon, microwave again until completely melted. Then add the cream cheese and icing sugar.
  17. Measure the height of the cake and cut the bars of the Kit Kat bars so that they are slightly taller than the cake. You will have a piece of bar left over.
  18. Cut the cake in half and fill the first part with the cream cheese and chocolate.
  19. Cut some pieces that have been left over to even out the chocolate bars. Next, sprinkle the icing sugar and cream cheese cream on top.
  20. Put the other half of the cake on top and cover everything, including the sides, with the filling cream.
  21. Go sticking each Kit Kat bar aroundthe cake pressing a little so that it stays well attached.
  22. Finally, decorate the Kit Kat cake with the chocolate drizzles,putting one by one and pressing a little so that they stick to the chocolate and cheese cream.
