Ingredients to make Keto Salmorejo:

  • 1 kilogram of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 hardboiled eggs
  • 30 grams of diced ham
  • 1 splash of vinegar

How to make Keto Salmorejo:

  1. To start with the keto salmorejo recipe, you must first cook the eggs in a saucepan with cold water. Leave them for 10 minutes to harden, remove and let cool.
  2. Peel the tomatoes. If you prefer, you can leave them with the skin, you will have to crush them. When they are peeled, cut into pieces and also peel the garlic cloves, with one there will be enough. However, if you like garlic good, add one more.
  3. In the glass where you are going to crush all the ingredients, add the cut tomatoes, the garlic cloves, a splash of salt, oil and vinegar , the latter you should add a little to be able to rectify later. Then pour some water.
  4. Blend everything very well until you have a fine and smooth cream. Then add a little more oil and blend again. You must add more water as you see that it is necessary, also, try and rectify salt, oil and vinegar until you give it the touch you like. Put the bowl in the fridge so that it is very cold when you eat it.
