• 150 grams of cooked chicken

• 1 glass of onion

• 150 grams of cream cheese

• 100 milliliters of cooking cream or heavy cream

• 2 tablespoons of butter

• 2 eggs

• 4 tablespoons of almond flour (ground almonds)

• 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 glass of mild olive oil for frying

How to make Keto Croquettes:

To start with the recipe for keto croquettes, first in a pan add the butter over medium heat, peel and chop the small onion. Next, add it to the pan and let it poach.

If you use cooked chicken, remove the bones and fat to clean it well. If you have chicken left over from another occasion, you can do it and take advantage of it. Next, chop it and, once the onion is poached, add the chicken and fry for a couple of minutes. Then, add a little salt and spreadable cheese, mix little by little until everything is integrated.

When you have mixed the cheese, add the cream and pour it little by little, you must stir so that it is not too light.
