Kane Kama Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Kane Kama Salad:

For 5 Servings

  • 3 cups (400g) kanikama, diced
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup sliced ​​celery
  • 1/4 cup diced green chili
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

Dress:

  • 1/2 cup soy mayonnaise
  • 7 tablespoons of skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Kane Kama Salad:

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients and take it to the fridge.
  2. Mix the kanikama pieces with the cherry tomatoes, the celery, the chili, the green onion and half of the dressing.
  3. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Serve the salad and the rest of the dressing separately.
