Ingredients to make Kane Kama Salad:
For 5 Servings
- 3 cups (400g) kanikama, diced
- 250g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green chili
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
Dress:
- 1/2 cup soy mayonnaise
- 7 tablespoons of skim milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Kane Kama Salad:
- Mix the dressing ingredients and take it to the fridge.
- Mix the kanikama pieces with the cherry tomatoes, the celery, the chili, the green onion and half of the dressing.
- Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve the salad and the rest of the dressing separately.
