Juantxo Anchovy Montadito Recipe

Ingredients to make Montadito de Anchoa Juantxo:

  • fresh anchovies
  • vinegar
  • Red pepper
  • green pepper
  • carrot
  • Salt
  • a slice of bread

How to make Montadito de Anchoa Juantxo:

  1. The anchovies are macerated in vinegar and salt for 24 hours.
  2. Later it is mounted on the bread and the peppers are put in strips on the anchovy.
  3. The skewer is finished decorating it with grated carrot.
