Jijona nougat smoothie

Ingredients to make Jijona nougat smoothie:

  • 10 grams of sugar
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 200 ccs of liquid cream
  • 1 soft Jijona nougat tablet
  • 125 grams of sweetened creamy yogurt

How to make Jijona nougat smoothie:

  1. Pour the liquid cream, sugar, yogurt and 3/4 of the nougat tablet into a bowl.
  2. Beat with the mixer.
  3. Once beaten, cut the rest of the nougat into small pieces and add to the smoothie.
  4. Serve in beautiful glasses and sprinkle a thin layer of cinnamon stick.
  5. Put in the fridge and serve very cold.
