How to make Japanese-style Baked Salmon:

  1. The first thing you should do to prepare this Japanese-style fish is to make some cuts in the salmon skin so that it is well soaked in the ingredients that you will add later.
  2. Add salt, seven Japanese spices and Gram Masala to each salmon fillet, all well distributed. Then, pour a drizzle of olive oil so that the spices stick to the fish.
  3. To make the Japanese sauce, take the biota and add the quartered onion, the chili, the peeled and chopped ginger, the lemon juice, the fennel seeds, the allspice, the soy sauce, the crushed tomato and two spoons of olive oil. Shred everything and place the sauce obtained on a baking sheet.
  4. Put the salmon fillets in the tray with the skin side up. Then, bake the fish at 220ºC for 18-20 minutes so that the skin is crispy. If your oven is very powerful, do not set the temperature so high.
  5. Serve the salmon Japanese-style hot.
