- 1 pinch of powdered ginger
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 100 milliliters of soy sauce
- 100 milliliters of rice vinegar
- 100 grams of long or green onion
- 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Sake
How to make Japanese Marinated Salmon:
- The first step to make the Japanese-style salmon recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- Cut the salmon into 3mm slices or slices and place in a bowl or container.
- Add finely chopped onion with pepper and garlic paste to taste.
