Japanese Chicken Skewers Recipe

In this recipe we are going to make some typical Japanese skewers using a homemade yakitori sauce. Surprise everyone with some original skewers with a completely Asian flavor, then we are going to see the ingredients and the step by step of this recipe.

Ingredients to make Japanese Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 units of chicken breast
  • 2 units of white onion
  • 2 units of bell pepper or red paprika
  • 8 units of Sticks for skewers or skewers
  • 1 small glass of yakitori sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Japanese Chicken Skewers:

7.Take a grill over medium heat, add a little oil and once hot add the skewers. Add a little salt to taste.

8.Turn the skewers whenever you can and with the help of a brush add a little sauce to each of the skewers. Repeat this operation until the skewers are in the desired cooking term, the ideal is to consume the juicy chicken.

9.Serve the Japanese skewers with a little sauce, so diners can add a little more if they wish. And if you want another taste, also make a homemade soy sauce for meats.
