Jam and Chocolate Pizza Recipe

Ingredients to make Pizza with jam and chocolate:

  1. 250 GR DOUGH OF STRENGTH FLOUR
  2. 5G OF SALT
  3. 50 GR OF OLIVE OIL
  4. 150ML OF WATER
  5. 4 GR OF BAKERY YEAST
  6. FILLING
  7. NACTARINE AND APPLE JAM (to each one’s taste)
  8. CHOCOLATE NOUGAT WITH NUTS (you can also add
  9. Chocolate with nuts or of another kind.)
  10. SLICED ALMONDS
  11. SUGAR

How to make Chocolate Jam Pizza:

  • DOUGH In a bowl, put the flour, salt, olive oil, yeast (avoid it touching the salt) and warm water, mix and knead well. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and leave in a warm place until it increases in volume. Depending on the weather it will be in a couple of hours. Put the oven to heat at 220º SHAPE AND FILLING cut the nougat or chocolate into narrow strips.
  • Meanwhile stretch the dough and shape it, I have given it a rectangular shape. Leave the edges a little wider. Distribute the chocolate strips over the edges, closing with the widest piece, shaping the edges. Sprinkle on top of the dough with sugar, spread the fruit jam and decorate with pieces of chocolate or nougat. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Put it in the oven to cook, depending on the oven it will take about 20 minutes, you can see that it doesn’t burn.
  • When you see that it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool
