Italian Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Italian Rice:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 400 grams of rice
  • 1 splash of oil
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 tomato
  • 150 grams of grated cheese

How to make Italian Rice:

  1. Place the oil, the garlic and the chopped basil in a pot, fry for a few minutes, and add the washed and drained rice.
  2. Once the rice is sealed, add the broth
  3. Cook when it is almost al dente add the cueteado tomato.
  4. Then turn off and add the cheese.
