Ingredients to make Italian Rice:
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig of basil
- 400 grams of rice
- 1 splash of oil
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 1 tomato
- 150 grams of grated cheese
How to make Italian Rice:
- Place the oil, the garlic and the chopped basil in a pot, fry for a few minutes, and add the washed and drained rice.
- Once the rice is sealed, add the broth
- Cook when it is almost al dente add the cueteado tomato.
- Then turn off and add the cheese.
