Italian Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients to make Italian Ravioli:

  1. 30 ml of oil
  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 5 onion
  4. 10 grams of chopped parsley
  5. 5 grams of ground black pepper
  6. 100 grams of grated cheese
  7. 500 grams of ravioli
  8. 5 grams of salt
  9. 1 kilo of crushed natural tomato

How to make Italian Ravioli:

  • Sauté the onion and garlic, all finely chopped, in oil. When it starts to color, add the tomato and season with salt, pepper, sugar and parsley.
  • Let it cook until a thick sauce is formed.
  • Cooked, cooled and well drained, the ravioli are placed in a baking dish; ravioli, sauce and grated cheese, put in the oven (which must be strong) for five minutes.
  • It is served in the same source of gratin.
