Irish Coffee
Ingredients to make Irish Coffee:
- ¼ milliliter of whipped cream
- 2 teaspoons of Sugar
- 1 cup of coffee (small)
- 2 tablespoons of Whiskey
How to make Irish Coffee:
- The coffee is prepared to everyone’s taste, in each glass a little is poured. The normal thing is to use at least one long coffee if you have espresso machines, otherwise fill the glass where you are going to make the Irish coffee up to a little more than half.
- Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir well, it is important that the sugar is well dissolved, remember that whiskey is somewhat sweet, which will also add some sweetness to the Irish coffee.
- Finally, add the cream, and add the whiskey on top (wait for a bit to filter and drink hot (if you want, you can heat the whiskey a bit and light it to burn off the alcohol, in this case we would be making a flamed Irish coffee ).
