Ingredients to make Indian Salad:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • A few chopped mint leaves
  • A pinch of curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 natural yogurts (Greek type better).

How to make Indian Salad:

Cut the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with the help of a teaspoon cut them and thus they will be in the shape of half-moons, sprinkle with salt and let it release the water.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and gather all the already cut vegetables in a salad bowl (the chopped onion as well).

The dressing: Beat the yogurt with the curry, cumin and mint, add salt and pepper. Cover the vegetables with the dressing and refrigerate for an hour or two.
