  • 1 onion
  • 5 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • 1 fresh green chili (optional)
  • 100 grams of chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chemical yeast or baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 75 milliliters of water
  • 300 milliliters of light olive oil or seeds

How to make Indian Pakoras:

To make this onion pakoras recipe, first prepare the onion by peeling it and julienned. Next, wash and dry the fresh coriander and remove its leaves to finely chop them. Next, wash and dry the chilli, remove the seeds and chop it, although if you don’t like it spicy, you can do without it. Booking.

In a bowl add the chickpea flour, the turmeric, the chemical yeast or the baking powder, the pinch of salt, the green chilli and the chopped coriander. Mix well.
