Ingredients to make Humita and Ham Empanaditas:
• 24 tapas empanadas de copetin
• 3 green onions
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 1l creamy corn
• 150 grams of ham
• 150 grams of fresh cheese
• 50g grated provolone cheese
• 3 hardboiled eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Rosemary
How to make Humita and Ham Empanadas:
Sauté onions and bell pepper until translucent. Add the corn and cook for a few seconds remove. Once cold, add the ham and chopped cheese, the eggs, the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper and add the rosemary. Assemble the empanadas, paint with egg and sprinkle with sugar and bake.
