In this recipe we will teach you how to prepare delicious noodles with huancaína sauce. It is a very simple and flavorful recipe, where we will use this exquisite Peruvian product as the main base. Don’t miss it and learn to cook pasta a la huancaina.

Ingredients to make huancaina noodles:

  1. 400 grams of rice noodles
  2. 1 unit of chicken breast
  3. 1 unit of Huancaina sauce
  4. 1 pinch of salt
  5. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make huancaina noodles:

  • To make our Peruvian recipe we must prepare all the ingredients.
  • These rice noodles are very practical, they taste delicious, but the best thing about this product is that it is very simple to make. To cook them, the first thing we must do is soak them in cold water until they are soft. If you prefer, you can use another type of noodles or spaghetti.
  • Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces and heat a pan with a little olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces to the pan with a little salt and pepper.
  • Once the chicken pieces are sautéed, add the previously hydrated rice paste and mix very well until all the ingredients are integrated.
  • Finally, add the huancaína sauce to our Peruvian recipe and turn off the pan so that the sauce does not dry out.
  • Serve the huancaina noodles adding the chicken pieces well distributed on each plate, if you wish you can add a little Parmesan cheese on top.
