- 1 tablespoon(s) cream
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth

- Peel the peanuts and grind them in the juicer. Finely chop the onion and cook in the butter until soft but golden. Add the peanuts and cook for a minute, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the chicken broth. Bring to a boil and lower the heat, cook very slowly for about 45 minutes. Add pepper, salt and milk; bring back to the boil. Add the cream and sherry, stir but it should come to a boil again. Serve hot.
