Ingredients to make hot Tomato Cream:
- 1/2 kg ripe tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 pc bunch of herbs
- liquid cream
- 3 cc olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- 6-7 fresh mint leaves
How to make hot Tomato Cream:
- Peel and chop the tomato, onion, potatoes and garlic.
- Sauté everything in a saucepan with the olive oil.
- Add the bunch of aromatic herbs, water, salt and pepper and cook over a low heat.
- Once cooked, remove the aromatic herbs and pass it through the blender.
- Add a little liquid cream and serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
