- 2 Pork rib
- 1 glass of white wine
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of Herbs de Provence
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Honey Fried Pork Ribs:
- To prepare these fried pork ribs, it is best to separate them into pieces. Then we put all the ribs on a tray or in a fountain.
- Season the meat by adding salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Provencal herbs are a mixture of aromatic herbs widely used in Mediterranean cuisine. Typically the mixture contains rosemary, oregano, thyme, basil, and lavender.
- Flip the ribs to make sure they are well impregnated with the spices. If you want you can add other spices to taste.
- Then add the honey, add what you consider necessary and if you see that the honey is very thick, you can heat it a little in a water bath to make it more liquid.
- Now to finish with the marinade of the pork ribs, add the wine to the tray and stir everything. The idea is to form a thick sauce with which we can spread each piece of rib.
- Reserve in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap, for at least 12 hours. It is best to leave it overnight, or if you have time, leave the marinated ribs in a marinade for 24 hours.
- After this time, we drain the marinated ribs well and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess liquid.
