  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • With 500 grams of flour make a crown or volcano and add the salt and the 3 eggs.
  • Then add the water.
  • Mix and go down to the counter. Knead until homogeneous dough is achieved and if necessary, add a little flour.
  • Stretch with a roller until it is quite thin but not too much so that it does not break. Roll the dough on itself. Before dusting it with a lot of flour, this will make it easier for us to unroll the spaghetti.
  • Cut the spaghetti strips to the desired width with a sharp knife.
