Ingredients to make homemade Soy Milanese:

  • 1 cup agglutinated flour
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • Salt
  • oregano
  • water (amount needed)

How to make Homemade Soy Milanese:

1 As they don’t have preservatives like the ones purchased, they last 5 days in the refrigerator.

2 Mix the two flours, salt, oregano, and water to form dough.

3 Stretch, cut with a round cutter (the size of an empanada lid).

4 Put them in boiling water and when they raise to the surface take them out, drain them and pass them immediately through breadcrumbs.

5 Cook in the oven with a little oil (do not fry), you can add sauce and a piece of mozzarella until gratin.

6 They are very healthy and rich.
