Ingredients to make homemade smoked salmon:

  • 200 gr salmon
  • 3 dried bay leaves
  • 5 gr dried thyme
  • 4 gr dried oregano
  • 100 gr raw rice
  • 20ml sunflower oil

How to make Homemade Smoked Salmon:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Arrange aluminum foil in a pan (to prevent it from burning), add the thyme, oregano, raw rice and bay leaves.
  3. When the rice starts to burn, put a rack and put the salmon on top with a little oil.
  4. Lower the heat, cover with aluminum foil and a lid; this will prevent smoke from escaping. Let smoke for 7 minutes.
  5. Serving the salmon is ideal for making sandwiches, salads or it can be eaten like this with salt and pepper.
