Ingredients to make homemade Punch:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 3 cans of water
- 8 units of egg yolk
- 1½ cups of rum
How to make homemade Punch:
- Place the cans of condensed milk in a pot, the water and the egg yolks.
- Cook while stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Make sure it doesn’t boil so it doesn’t cut.
- When it thickens slightly, remove from heat, add the rum and mix well.
- Wash the bottles, first with water and then with a little rum.
- It is very important that you strain the mixture and let it cool.
- Bottle the cream punch and put them in the fridge. Serve very cold. You can decorate with a little cinnamon if you want.
