Ingredients to make homemade Punch:

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 3 cans of water
  • 8 units of egg yolk
  • 1½ cups of rum

How to make homemade Punch:

  1. Place the cans of condensed milk in a pot, the water and the egg yolks.
  2. Cook while stirring with a wooden spoon.
  3. Make sure it doesn’t boil so it doesn’t cut.
  4. When it thickens slightly, remove from heat, add the rum and mix well.
  5. Wash the bottles, first with water and then with a little rum.
  6. It is very important that you strain the mixture and let it cool.
  7. Bottle the cream punch and put them in the fridge. Serve very cold. You can decorate with a little cinnamon if you want.
