- 6 slice bread soaked in milk

How to make Homemade Pate easy to make:
Preparation In a container, mix the minced meat, the chopped bacon, the chopped livers and the aromatic herbs. Then add the drained bread, the brandy, the port and the egg. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Stretch the crepitate in a pudding mold and fill with the meat, put the bay leaf on it and close it. Bake in a water bath at 150ºC for about 90 minutes. To check that it is done stick a knife in and if the tip is hot when you pull it out, then it is ready.
