Homemade pacharán

Ingredients to make homemade Pacharán:

  • 1 liter of sweet Anise
  • 250 grams of Sloe
  • ½ piece of vanilla bean
  • 4 units of coffee beans
  • ½ piece of Cinnamon stick

How to make homemade Pacharán:

  1. In a jar with a capacity for a liter and a quarter, previously sterilized, put the anise and the sloes. Cover tightly and leave to macerate for at least 6 months in a cool, dark place, turning the jar from time to time.
  2. After this time, filter through a cloth sieve and transfer to bottles. Serve cold or with ice.
