  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

1.The first step to prepare these delicious homemade croquettes will be to chop the onion and poach it with a little butter and oil in a pan.

2.Next, add the finely chopped peppers along with the meat. Let cook until the meat browns very well and flame the preparation with the whiskey. To prepare this classic recipe of Spanish cuisine you can use beef or pork or a mixture of both if you prefer.
